**Scope of Work**:
The scope, requirements, and subsequent execution of the project will be jointly defined by the involved parties, including the Project Manager (PM), Solution Architect (SA), and additional roles from the team as needed. The client, located in Germany, currently has a Dynamics F/O installation and seeks to integrate additional components from the Microsoft stack. The client specializes in developing software for construction companies.

**Summary**:
For an upcoming project with a new client, a request is made for one resource who is knowledgeable in Microsoft Dynamics, with specific experience in D365 HR. Given that D365 HR is a relatively new addition to the Microsoft product lineup, extensive experience is not required. A strong motivation to develop foundational knowledge in this area may adequately compensate for limited experience.
