Essential Job Functions:

- Lead and manage CRM & PLM Apps globally
- Manage all required service providers and ensure SLA’s
- Act as the domain architect and pro-actively look for optimization potential
- Decide the best technological solution for business capabilities and requirements
- Manage budget and continuously review for cost productivity
- Collaborate with all relevant business and IT functions, and support other functions when required
- Act as IT counterpart for global process and business owners, and deal with escalations for issues in the CRM & PLM domain
- Lead the team to deliver highest quality results
- Drive change in the organization and deliver high quality results fast

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in business informatics or similar education
- Master’s degree in business informatics or similar preferred
- Min. 5+ years’ experience in Application and Process management
- Min. 2+ years´ Operational CRM & PLM experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (and German preferred)
- Experience with agile project methodologies
