Who are we?

We are ezzingSolar and
our main goal is to democratize solar energy so that it reaches as many
rooftops as possible. We do this by making it easy for our customers to sell
distributed power generation. We are in all parts of the PV value chain and that is one of our great strengths

What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a person with a
passion for adventure, technology, and engineering to be our next International Project Manager, who will assure the success of the implementation and scalability of our “all-in-one” solution.

We will detail further the responsibilities down the process, but to give you an idea your main objectives will be:
➡ Plan, monitor and execute the different phases of the project, from implementing
our software solutions to the set up of our partner’s operations (Sales&Engineering processes) in different countries.

➡ Survey timelines to meet the project’s goals while respecting deadlines and resources, and meeting the client’s requirements.

➡Generate high quality project’s documentation for communicating to all

**project’s stakeholders**: internal and external ones.

➡ Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop strategies for improving existing projects and goals

What do we expect from
you?

Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly
changing priorities with enthusiasm.

The position requires strong interpersonal skills, passion for solar
energy, digital products, oral and written communication skills; analytical
capabilities, leadership skills and the ability to manage and drive multiple
projects.

Ability to be a good listener, understanding client questions and
assist them in answering these successfully.

Demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate issues with partners
and clients using a Win/Win philosophy.

You
should be able to fluently speak and write both English and Spanish. If you
also speak other languages, it will be wonderful.

You will earn points if...

You have a University degree in Engineering.
- You have experience in the renewable energy sector, especially with rooftop photovoltaic systems.

You have experience in project’s software, CRMs and/or PV software
is an advantage.
