**About the role**:
**What can you expect in this role?**
- Perform pre
- and post‑payroll activities
- Manage the content, administration, and follow-up of client files
- Guide clients throughout the different processes and procedures
- Ensure timely execution of all steps in the payroll calendar
- Enter and process administrative data accurately and within deadlines
- Prepare and deliver all necessary documents to clients promptly
**What do you bring?**
- A high level of proficiency in French
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer‑centric mindset
- A service‑oriented, pragmatic, and flexible attitude
- Experience in a similar position is a strong asset
- A genuine interest in Human Resources
- Solid knowledge of Excel (required)
