**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are looking for a visionary and entrepreneurial **CEO & Co-founder** to lead this exciting **Medtech spin-off** from a renowned research center into its next phase of growth. Building on our momentum, we aim to establish a globally recognized leader in the healthcare sector.

**WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?**:

- ** Strategic Leadership**: Define and execute the company's vision, strategy, and long-term goals to establish a globally recognized leader in healthcare.
- ** Partnership Development**: Establish and negotiate strategic partnerships with key industry players, research institutions, and healthcare providers.
- ** Regulatory & Compliance Strategy**: Oversee the regulatory pathway for Medtech products, ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
- ** Team Leadership & Culture**: Build and lead a high-performing, mission-driven team, fostering a strong company culture.
- ** Commercialization & Market Strategy**: Develop go-to-market strategies, ensuring product-market fit and successful adoption in the healthcare sector.
- ** Financial & Operational Oversight**: Manage company finances, budgeting, and operational efficiency to ensure sustainable growth.
- ** Fundraising & Investment**: Lead fundraising efforts, secure venture capital, and manage investor relations.

**THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR YOU IF**:

- ** Experience in Medtech Startups & Spin-offs**: Proven track record in leading startups and/or spin-offs within the Medtech sector, with a passion for transforming cancer diagnostics and improving lives.
- ** Academic Background**: Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or Medicine (PhD highly desirable). An MBA or equivalent degree with a strong foundation in business strategy, finance, and operations is preferred.
- ** Regulatory Expertise**: Solid knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, particularly in the Medtech sector.
- ** Fundraising Experience**: Demonstrated success in leading funding rounds, securing investments, and managing relationships with venture capitalists and other investors.
- ** Entrepreneurial Mindset**: Ability to build and scale a company from the ground up, with a highly agile and results-driven approach.
- ** High-Performance Team Leadership**: Experience building and leading high-caliber teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- ** Strategic Vision**: Ability to define the company’s long-term direction and anticipate market challenges and opportunities.
- ** Communication & Public Speaking**: Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively represent the company to investors, partners, and stakeholders.
- ** Work Authorization**: You hold a passport or visa that allows you to work in Spain.
