Estem buscant activament un/a enginyer/a de disseny DFT per unir-se al nostre equip de disseny digital dinàmic i en creixement
- Treball en el disseny d'execució del disseny de silici. - Treballar l'arquitectura SoC DFT i el concepte DFM. - Treballar en la implementació i verificació de mesures DFT per complir les especificacions del producte i els requisits de producció. - Treballar estretament amb equips multifuncionals (disseny, prova de producció i qualificació) per complir els requisits de prova amb solucions DFT eficaces. - Contribuir als requisits de cobertura objectiu per a lògica, memòries, IO i IP de senyal mixt. - Generar patrons de prova i donar suport a ATE i QnR post-silici.
- Experiència 10 anys. -Més de 10 anys d'experiència en disseny digital IC amb múltiples cicles de disseny DFT i RTL -Bons coneixements d'inserció MBIST, inserció per compressió, puntada d'escaneig, inserció OCC, iJTAG, i d'ATPG, generació de patrons, simulació. - Comprensió de les ordres bàsiques de les eines EDA/Simulació, p. Tessent, VCS - Experiència pràctica en DFT Flow, s'aconsegueix l'ús de llenguatges de script com TCL/Perl/Makefile, i en flux per a la inserció MBIST, inserció EDT/OCC, Scan Stitching, ATPG/Flux de simulació. - Hands on Exp en llenguatges de script: TCL, Perl. - Experiència treballant en una gran corporació. - Coneixements d'arquitectura Xarxa sobre xip. - ISA/arquitectura RiscV i SOC basats en aquest processador. - Coneixement del llenguatge de disseny digital d'alt nívell (arquitectura) i de les eines d'anàlisi d'arquitectura utilitzades per a l'anàlisi mètrica. - Bons coneixements de llenguatges de scripting: Perl, Python
