We are looking for a dynamic **Program Coordinator (Temporary)** to join our Law Masters team, focusing on Program Operations and Student Experience. The Program coordinator will play a pivotal role in coordinating various transversal and extracurricular activities. We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your** role as Program Coordinator (Temporary)**will**involve**:

- Collaborateclosely with Associate Directors of Law Masters to identify, organize, coordinate, and report on the numerous transversal activities for Law Master students.
- Actas a liaison with Directors, professors and external stakeholders, facilitating the coordination of both curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Providesupport in management, communications, and problem-solving with students and faculty members.
- Fostercollaborationwith various departments such as Admissions, Marketing, Communications, Planning, Documentation, Campus Life, Registrar´s Office and Maintenance to ensure the seamless execution of programs, extracurricular, and transversal activities.
- Actas a contact person for transversal activities such as graduations, openings, etc.
- Maintainmeticulous records and compile information pertaining to various initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should have**:

- Proficiencyin both English and Spanish.
- Demonstratedability to work collaboratively in a leadership role, contributing to a high-functioning team.
- Priorexperiencewith digital tools, including Blackboard Ultra, Videoconferencing tools, Atenea, and Cytric, is preferred.
- Strongproject management skills to offer support on short, medium, and long-term projects.
- Provenability to promptly address concerns, inquiries, and feedback.
- Flexibilityto adapt to a dynamic schedule when required.
