As a **Senior IT Recruiter**, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

**This is a hybrid position, with working from the Office in Barcelona 2-3 days a week.**

**Key Accountabilities**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing end-to-end recruitments for IT and Tech roles at Nespresso based in Barcelona, collaborating with Client and senior stakeholders to understand and regularly update hiring needs and optimal resource allocation
- Facilitating the Interview and selection process
- Building strong and trusted partner relationships with the Client and Hiring Managers. Acting as a strategic partner and advisor regarding the sourcing and recruitment process
- Providing strategic advice to Hiring Managers at each stage of the recruitment process
- Using knowledge of the local market to design optimal recruitment and sourcing strategy

**Skills & Experience**:
**What you need to have to be successful**:

- Extensive experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Tech positions
- Demonstrable ability to act as a trusted advisor, engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience in working with recruitment systems/ATSs
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
