**Job Description**
Digital Experimentation & Optimization team focuses on enabling A/B-, A/B/n, and Multivariate-testing in product development in order to reduce friction in the customer journeys and to increase the conversion rate and customer lifetime value. They act as internal consultants within the product organization, collaborating with all members of the interdisciplinary teams, removing barriers to experimentation, and guiding product teams to prioritize, execute, and analyze experiments aimed at improving the customer experience. They work closely together with product design, product management, analytics, digital implementation, and engineering to ensure that product teams can quickly and effortlessly experiment on hypotheses arising from user research and data analysis. They also provide the company with an overview of the experimentation program (including the experimentation roadmap), best practices, and relevant guidelines.
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for the continuous high performance and development of the CRO & Experimentation team
- Assuring fast delivery of experimentation within the product organization
- Developing team members in job
- and career-related topics
- Proactively communicating relevant findings and achievements with stakeholders and upper management
- Further development of the team maximizing its value to the company
- Administrative tasks related to team lead position, e.g. target setting, coaching, and performance review
**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- We will value very positively CRO/experimentation consulting background
- Advanced analytical understanding and critical thinking mindset
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization, ideally in an FMCG e-commerce context, and its KPIs
- Good knowledge of statistical methods and statistical program packages, especially when it comes to experimentation
- Knowledge of modern product management processes, frameworks, and methodologies
- Good understanding of digital analytics and experimentation and their respective tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target)
