We are FCM Lab. Part of FCM Travel, the 4th largest business travel agency in the world, present in over 100 countries, we are the FCM Tech Unit, where we place technology to serve the human needs.
FCM Travel manages the travel of company employees around the world (transportation and accommodation). FCM Travel's competitive advantage lies in the quality human service provided by our Reservation Agents, from booking to the end of the trip.
FCM Lab's products are products E2E (Employee to Employee). We develop products for our people, (ex. the Customer Service Team) to help them deliver the best service to our client It is a real opportunity to be in contact with our users to listen to their needs and directly measure the added value we create
**Your missions**:
As a Lead Product Owner, you will be responsible for a Product Line, a dynamic and ambitious tech team, composed of Product Owners, QA testers, Product Operations and developers based in Barcelona. As this is a global Product Line, the users and the key stakeholders are based around the world.
You will lead this new Product Line, created thanks to existing squads.
You will report to the Head of Products, and you will manage for 3 Product Owners in 3 squads.
- **Roadmap & Priorisation** : you translate, prioritize and deploy the product vision depending on the user & business needs, and help the Product Owners of your Product Line to own their Roadmaps
- **Discovery**: you identify and analyze the high level needs of our users and technical needs, and help the Product Owners to conduct deeper Discovery
- **Specification**: you both define and write yourself specifications, and review the ones from the Product Owners you are managing
- **Delivery** : you follow and ensure the delivery of developments
- **Scrum** : you ensure the Scrum methologies and ceremonies
- **Documentation** : you will ensure the documentation of your Product Line, particularly in the service of the Product Operations team
- **Management** : you will manage 3 Product Owners cross 3 squads, meaning accompany them to achieve their goals and make them upskill
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Tech Management
- You have good technical appetency : you can deal with Product as APIs/Webservices
- You are a good leader : you know é appreciate how to motivate & inspire your teammates
- You are not afraid to tackle challenging & complexed topics
- You have excellent communication skills : able to adapt to the person you are talking to
- You are comfortable in scrum methodology
- You are comfortable working in English
