Granollers Planning Hub is looking for an MDM Junior planner to join the Master Data Team which will help to consolidate and define the legacy of New Initiative data tracking, whilst enabling/challenging personal development.
MISSION AND RESPONSABILITIES
Deliver Key Performance Indicators, making sure to reach the Service Level Agreement targets.
Deep understanding of the product creation cycles and basic data, whilst understanding the business impacts and ensuring that the data flows correctly to all platforms.
Identify systemic errors and trend analysis, establishing detailed RCA - developing and managing an action plan to assure RFT MD improvements - via engagement with globally diverse teams.
Tracking all new project status, with direct contact and communication across different workstreams, to guarantee the visibility and status of data readiness in SAP for all new initiative in the scope, giving priority based on business requirements.
MDM Hubs and departments involved with MD functionality to improve root cause methodology, implement processes and system enhancements, guaranteeing it delivers the business needs with clarity and structure.
Leading and improving processes to optimize Master Data E2E tool, maintaining the data flow across different systems (SAP, Sharepoint, Planview )
Owning, Driving and Improving one/several key cross-category processes.
THE IDEAL FIT
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, BA and/or similar academic background).
High level of technical skills (Excel, Visual Basic, SAP, Microsoft Access)
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) mentality, with ability to propose and deliver improvements)
Team Player mindset.
Strong sense of individual accountability - personal drive to improve and passionate ownership of performance.
Autonomous motivation to implement changes and challenge the current process / system to deliver improved results.
High-level communication skills.
English advance level.
