**The Role**

As a Data Analyst within our Product Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes to enhance the performance and effectiveness of our products. This is a great opportunity for a passionate Data Analyst who is excited to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our rapidly growing company.

**What You’ll Do**
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
- Design and implement dashboards and reports to provide insights into product performance, user behavior, and operational efficiency
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
- Support in developing and maintaining data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources
- Proactively identify and address data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations, presentations, and reports

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience with data analytics
- Experience with creating clear and concise reports and the management of recurring reports
- Experience with writing requirements in order to create a unified and coherent tracking system
- SQL knowledge
- Ability to identify issues in reports or tracking systems and propose effective solutions
- Ability to thrive in an adaptive, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Bold and willing to speak up if something is wrong
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with any of the following would be a plus: Grafana, Tableau, PowerBI, Python
- Have a bachelor’s degree in fields such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or related disciplines
