They are responsible to provide support of high-level consulting to the outsourced client of Alight by means of technical or functional support and problem solving.

They are responsible for preparing and performing programs unit testing, based on the technical or functional specifications, guaranteeing their proper functioning

**Responsibilities**

In addition to the tasks common to all Alight employees, the specific tasks for this level are:

- Presents integrated options into the casuistry presented by the customer.
- Adapts and parametrizes the solution based on the taking of requirements.
- Participate in the parametrization of basic tables in SAP following the technical specifications established, detecting and resolving errors.
- Perform integrated testing of these parametrization results; carrying out the necessary tests in a testing environment.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of programs.
- Resolution of simple and medium complexity incidents; ideally under supervision.
- Debugging of programs, research and resolution of simple programming errors, as well as basic developments.
- Realization of basic and intermediate unit testing for error detection and their solution. Documenting the changes made.
