Happy Mammoth is a fast-growing natural food tech business selling across Australia and the United States. We specialize in formulating, producing and marketing gut, digestive and microbiome health foods and natural supplements, designed to help our clients make long-lasting positive health changes and start living very full lives again. We are looking for a FB Media Buyer with two years’ experience or more to join our growing Marketing Team on a full-time or close to full-time basis. You will get: - A strong salary package in USD (more than you would earn now freelancing) - A remote work location (working for anywhere you want) - Flexible working hours - Free access to courses, books and Copy & Funnel Accelerator Pro Mastermind Your Experience: - You've worked with large ad spends of 6 figures or more - You have experience working with eCommerce accounts (health/supplements is a bonus) - A long-term track record of success and consistent results across ROAS and CPA metrics - Familiarity with nuances in targeting specifically for Australia, United States and the EU markets - Experience building our funnels and upsell sequences for physical eCommerce products - You're an expert at setting up ad tracking, working with pixels, working in GA and you genuinely like working with data - As a bonus, you have some experience with direct response marketing Who you are: - You love digging into the details and solving problems in FB ads manager - You have a happy and can-do attitude - You're able to creatively think outside the box to solve problems - You're comfortable testing "off the wall" ad ideas and creatives - You're one part strategic and one part analytical - You like continually optimising ad accounts to extract maximum ROAS from campaigns and ad sets - You're agreeable and able to work as a team What will set you apart: - You thrive taking action and getting things done before deadlines - You’re able to self-manage based upon the overall scope and work required - You’re able to diagnose and solve technical problems quickly - A willingness to learn and grow with the business ZpY0cm4pRQ
