El objetivo principal del NOC Manager es la coordinación para garantizar que el sistema de red funcione de

modo eficiente y sin interrupciones. Gestionan el proceso de negocio en la organización..
- La responsabilidad principal de los directores de NOC es planificar, organizar y gestionar el personal y las operaciones generales para garantizar la estabilidad de la infraestructura del cliente.
- Proporciona experiência global con todas las funciones de operaciones de red.
- Capacidad para definir, implementar y aplicar políticas y prácticas de gestión de la configuración y gestión de cambios.
- Gestión de los escalados de soporte desde distintos níveles.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las métricas operativas.
- Contratación, desarrollo y retención de los ingenieros estratégicos para garantizar su funcionamiento efectivo del departamento
- Gestionar herramientas, sistemas y procedimientos para garantizar la gestión dinámica de los problemas y la gestión de los clientes.
- Evaluar las habilidades técnicas del equipo y asegura que existe un nível de experiência adecuado.
- Proporcionar formación en procedimiento al personal.
- Realizar objetivos de rendimiento y chequeos de rendimiento con todos los miembros del equipo.
