En Pure Salt Luxury Hotels, estamos buscando un/a **Terapeuta Spa** para unirse a nuestro equipo en el **HOTEL PURE SALT GARONDA 4** en Playa de Palma. Este puesto es clave para garantizar una experiência excepcional a nuestros huéspedes.

Reportando al Responsable del Spa, sus principales funciones serán:

- Recepción del cliente en las instalaciones.
- Asesoramiento personalizado sobre los tratamientos más convenientes.
- Selección y realización del masaje o tratamiento más ajustado a las necesidades del cliente.
- Preparar y adecuar las instalaciones, medios y productos necesarios para el tratamiento.
- Garantizar el bienestar y comodidad del cliente.
- Mantener un adecuado ambiente para la realización de los servicios
- Actuar bajo las normas de seguridad, higiene y protección ambiental en hostelería.

**Requisitos**:

- **Experiência mínima de 1 año** en un puesto similar en Hoteles de 4*.
- ** Formación Académica**: Técnico en Estética, Terapia de Masajes. Se valorará positivamente o cursos especializados en tratamientos de spa (como aromaterapia, masajes descontracturantes, relajante y reflexología, manicuras, pedicuras, tratamientos corporales y faciales..
- ** Nível de inglés Medio-Alto.**:

- **Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales**, con la capacidad de interactuar cordialmente con diferentes tipos de clientes y asesorarlos de forma personalizada. Se valorará la habilidad para promocionar, negociar y cerrar ventas.
- ** Flexibilidad, actitud proactiva** y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente.
- ** Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico**, manteniendo la calma y profesionalismo incluso en situaciones de alta presión.
