**Description**:

- Right now the company is looking for an Art Director who'd take the ownership of their new game's art style.**Tasks**:

- Defining art direction VS marketing and game design needs
- Creating and managing a team of art, also defining the workflow pipeline
- Defining and getting involved in the art vision of the project, with a proactive attitude for expanding it and improving it
- Exploring creative and distinctive designs for characters, environments and assets
- Research and propose concept references

**Must-have**:

- At least 4 years of experience as an art director in the video game or entertainment industries
- Highly creative (2D drawing skills is a plus)
- Capacity to work in and explore a variety of different art styles
- Good working level of spoken and written English

**Nice-to-have**:

- Knowledge of concept art / 3D modelling / animation
- Experience working within game engines (Unity)
