Junior HR Generalist

MrQ is looking for a **Junior Human Resources Generalist** to join the Human Resources team; someone who embodies our culture and core values. You will deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support, from the creation and execution of the processes behind the employee lifecycle, labour and employee relations, to performance management and career development.

**What You Will Do**
- Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, employee data, and reporting.
- Use G Suite and HRIS tools to streamline operations and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance through documentation, audits, and regulatory tasks.
- Support the employee lifecycle and contribute to People programs aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate on engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships as a trusted HR partner and gather feedback to improve engagement.
- Stay updated on employment laws, trends, and best practices.
- Assist payroll processes and ensure accurate employee data.
- Support HR team operations, including data analysis and workplace culture activities.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on full-cycle recruitment.
- Take on additional HR projects as needed.

**What We're Looking For**
- HR business support experience.
- Familiarity with UK and European Employment Law is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Results-driven mindset with project management capabilities.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgment.
- Experience working remotely in a self-driven capacity.
