- WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

- In this position, you will:

- Be part of a real global and multinational team with ERP analysts located in North America, Europe, Russia, India and China.
- Be part of the M3 ERP team where all the activities are done internally.
- Support international implementation projects.
- Ensures a stable and functional production environment.
- Ensure stable connectivity between the M3 ERP system and connected systems (FTK, SWB, GRC, etc.).
- Troubleshoots systems problems.
- Provision and monitor user access.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation.
- Analyze and secure data to maintain system integrity.
- YOU HAVE:

- Academic background
- Bachelor’s degree in technology.
- Previous experience
- Minimum of 4 years relevant professional experience administering cloud based SaaS business systems.
- Skills:

- Specific experience with or knowledge of the Infor M3 environment, including:

- Infor M3 Business Engine (aka MVXSECOFR) administration.
- Infor Federation Service (IFS) administration and security.
- ION Desk administration.
- IDM (Infor Document Management) administration.
- Infor Ming.le administration.
- We are looking for a person with strong problem-solving and analytical skills and desire to learn.
- You are a team player and collaborate easily with others in an international environment.
