**Objectives**

Ensure rental bikes are maintained in excellent condition & are prepared & ready for customer reservations. Meet & greet customers & ensure they are comfortable on their rental bike.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**

You will work in our dynamic team to:

- Meet & greet customers & deliver a first class bike rental service
- Wash rental bikes & service them in time for the next reservation
- Perform safety checks on all bikes ahead of every reservation

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Basic bike mechanic knowledge
- Good customer service
- Preferred languages are English & Catalan or Spanish
- A love and passion for cycling. Aligned with Eat Sleep Cycle values.

**Contract Details**
- Full time role, 40 hours per week
- Role based in our Girona shop & Bike Hire centre with our core team.
- Reports to the Bike Hire Coordinator
