**YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?**

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing **Oracle NetSuite** and **OpenAir** modules to align with business needs and enhance system functionality. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations while providing ongoing support and guidance to users. Additionally, you will develop and implement custom scripts and workflows to optimize system performance and improve business processes.

Beyond technical implementation, you will play a key role in user training, conducting sessions to ensure staff can effectively navigate and utilize the systems. You will also maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions that drive efficiency and success.

**OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS**:
