Who we are

Frenetic is a Spanish-German startup based in Madrid, working to reduce CO2 emissions by improving the efficiency of electric systems.

We have been supported by international VC firms in Spain and the European commission with investments for building a great technology that accelerates the transition to a greener world.

We have offices in Madrid, Valencia, Munich and we are currently ramping up our new office in the US

We already work with customers in more than 20 countries, like Airbus, Porsche, Siemens or Mercedes Benz.

The Role

At Frenetic we are looking for a Marketing coordinator with knowledge and experience in communications and PR in an international, b2b saas environment.

You will become a part of the agile, fast-growing team of experts, including world-class engineers, tech enthusiasts, online marketers, and sales rock stars working hard to change the world through technology and innovation.

Main Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of the business’ reputation and recognition; including branding, PR and communications
- Working closely with the Sales Team; enabling them to meet their objectives
- Working closely with Product Team; to define messaging and positioning for existing and new products
- Creating strategy for content creation and coordinate the execution together with technical team
- Playing a proactive role in organizing company events (webinars, exhibitions, etc)
- Creating a Roadmap for Marketing team expansion
- Coordinating and leading marketing resources

**Requirements**:
Must Haves
- 2+ years of experience as a marketing specialist in B2B SaaS businesses
- Ability to be hands-on but also understand the overall business strategy and develop the marketing function accordingly.
- Be proactive, an excellent communicator and a great team player
- Native/bilingual English level (all of our communications and publications are in English)

- Hubspot CRM experience
- LinkedIn Ads Platform experience
- Designing and branding knowledge
- Any additonal languages will be a plus
