As a Solutions Consultant in Presales, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our prospects and our sales executives to ensure their success while evaluating Zoho products.

**Responsibilities**
- Research, plan, design and develop processes & technology solutions for different industries/domain
- Passionate about learning and optimizing business processes
- Innovate new product ideas and solve problems in a creative manner
- Create requirements documentation, do a gap analysis, a feasibility study, and write a solution document
- Analyse and develop robust solutions to functional requirements
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect and other team members to confirm the solution design approach for vertical solutions
- Create POCs for business solutions
- Involved in preparing presentations for prospective clients for positioning the companys services & offerings
- Work productively as an individual or in collaboration with others
**Requirements**:
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business analyst / Solution consultant
- Technical exposure to enterprise systems like CPQ, PLM, ERP, CRM etc
- In depth knowledge in value chain processes, industry trends and enabling technologies
- A passion for continuous learning and feedback to improve vertical solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both non-technical business users as well as client technical stakeholders.
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, autonomous environment
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic team and fast-paced environment with continuous challenges
- Basic programming & scripting knowledge
- Provide assistance to team members by sharing experience and knowledge
