Resolve issues within the Account Payable department in regards Vendor Payments & Intercompany cost/revenue distribution.
- Coordinate payment of invoices with accounting or bookkeeping staff to ensure that payments are made on time.
- Organize and distribute activities within the group's department.
- Suggest and propose process improvements to boost the productivity
- Make sure that the team members are properly trained.
- Liaise between operative needs and Management requirements.
- Review Kpi on Daily & Weekly Basis.
