The Digital Experiences & CRM Consultant helps to drive the mission in bringing innovative experiences, data-driven thinking and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem.
The Digital Experiences & CRM Consultant (DXC) works closely with Marketing, Category Teams & various other central functions, to ensure central digital solutions are adopted while creating digital campaign activations on a central level (aka Digital Toolkits). The Digital Experiences & CRM Consultant delivers high class, digital consumer journeys and experiences while working closely with different functions by consulting for the optimum digital solutions that need to be implemented.

Above all, you are passionate about creating exciting consumer journeys and digital experiences. You are the main point of contact, collaborating and driving continuous improvement and support while working with internal and external partners, UX teams and agencies, putting insight/analytics at the heart of your thinking. You are a hard-working individual with a background in digital marketing and digital technologies for consumers. You have working experience (4-6 years) in digital media and marketing. You are a creative problem-solver with a can do, proactive approach. You have exceptional written and verbal communications skills with the ability to engage and train a wide range of stakeholders. You show an understanding of user experience and design processes, while displaying a keen eye for design in general. You have experience in project management in developing, implementation and activations of digital concepts and you are not afraid to get stuck in and take ownership, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines to deliver best-in-market products to continuously engage and retain brand fans**.**
**Main responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with StudioX, IMX, Categories and external agencies for the creation and implementation of the actual digital tool/platform for the intended campaign/promo or need.
- Collaborate with the Connections Team to support digital touchpoints and KPIs that should be implemented to measure success.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on briefing agencies and/or recruiting the ones that will develop the look and feel of the platform, communication visuals, content strategy, VIS, etc.
- Be in close contact with the markets to update them on project status, understand their needs & priorities, answer questions, provide guidance and consultation on how the intended platform should be localized.
- Create all necessary instructions for Markets to localize the digital toolkit/ platform as well as some on top ideas that might be up to a market to decide if they will implement it or not.
- Work closely and coordinate local stakeholders (local teams, agencies) & central stakeholders (brands, EMEA IT) for all digital activations in owned platforms. Implement process and governance model for continuous evolution and improvement of owned digital experiences.
- Support execution of central campaigns. Understand/ define the details, set timings, define POC through preparation phase (who needs to do what & when) & be the POC for all stakeholders that will support the campaign from day 1 till the end of the activation.

You will be employed by Konecta Group or our local 3rd party employment partner who will be responsible for all aspects related to the employment contract and relationship.
