Senior 3D Animator

**Responsibilities**:
Create Short and Long-form animations to showcase the beautifully developed, diverse and stylized characters of Seedworld.
Have the ability to finish 3d animation tasks from scene assembly, animation, lighting, and rendering to final touching in Post.
Proficient in lighting and matching the animation style of the game and concepts using Redshift in Maya or Blender.
Use your extensive Experience in 3d character animation to breathe life to our characters and to ensure the production meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and result in a timely manner.
Attending reviews, taking feedback and the ability of going back to preliminary steps if needed.
Function as part of a fast-paced close-knit team: collaborate with artists and tech to achieve a unified vision for our project.
Contribute to the growth of a startup studio.
**Required Qualifications**:
5+ years of professional experience as a 3d Animator Artist in the gaming and/or VFX/film industry.
Have experience in completing projects from start to finish ( Receiving storyboard, scene assembly, animation up to rendering and post )
Ability to quickly iterate on an idea, as well as take an asset to a final optimized state.
Strong ability to give life to give more life in our characters through lighting and post production
Strong knowledge of Maya, Adobe Suites, Substance Painter,
Self-starting, self-reliant personality.
Can work on his own independently or with a teammate
Ability to work cleanly with files, references, naming conventions, and project structure for easier collaboration.
**Requirement**:
Have the capability and hardware to render animation project
Must use Maxon Redshift
**Bonus Skills**:
Knowledge in Unreal Engine 5
