FOREO is on the searchout for a proactive, organised, and detail-focused Brand
Ambassador specialising in customer service and professional cosmetic care to join
one of our sales outlets in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid).
In our Swedish beauty-tech company, we are always eager for the next big thing,
whether it's a revolutionary high-tech beauty product or an unconventional way to work
smarter. If you're passionate about pushing boundaries and redefining norms, you
might be just the person we’re looking for.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Passion for skin care
- Knowledge of aesthetics / skin care and treatment (preferably official qualification).
- Previous work experience of at least 1,5 -2 years in sales and customer acquisition in
- the Retail sector (preferably beauty sector).
- Excellent verbal communication and public presentation skills
- Customer oriented profile with high purchasing power; excellent non-verbal
- communication skills
- Experience in target driven sales - sales skills to exceed targets and achieve the
- bonus
- Availability to work M to D or according to local business hours
- Knowledge of English / other languages is desirable
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Actively promote FOREO at the point of sale.
- Increase sales of the brand according to the set targets
- Control and management of stock and other operations at the point of sale
- Maintaining brand image standards to make it attractive to customers
- Provide active pre and post sales service to customers
- Be an ambassador for the FOREO facial care service at booths and beauty cabins
- Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Build customer loyalty FOREO; Building long lasting relationships with customers,
- inviting them to upcoming events
- Constantly seeking new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer.
- Keeping up to date with labour/employment law changes and integration of all
- changes
- All other activities according to the Supervisor's request in behalf of job position
