This is an exciting time to join JOTELULU and make a personal difference in the Cloud Computing space as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), joining our sales team and playing a pivotal role in supporting our global expansion.

**As a Sales Development Representative for the French market you will**:

- Prospect into target account lists to identify the right stakeholders to contact at each account
- Personalized messaging based on your research to improve reply rates, showcase empathy and build credibility
- Educate prospects to help them understand how JOTELULU can help their organization
- Qualified prospects by developing an understanding of their current needs and pain points
- Pass qualified prospects off to the appropriate sales rep by booking a meeting and organizing easily digestible notes about the prospect's needs
- Understand the Customer Profiles and Business Models to help prioritize enterprise opportunities for consistent and repeatable results for the customers and the business

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce is a plus)
- 1-3 years experience working as an SDR in B2B SaaS Tech company
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Able to think strategically and tactically. Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
- Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Self Starter. proactive and brings new ideas to the team
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- Consistently deliver against targets - ensuring company and team goals and objectives are achieved consistently and sustainably
- Experience working in a fast paced and ever changing environment including startups
- Strategic mindset with an understanding of how to functionally execute
- Native French and fluid English or Spanish is a must.
- European visa citizenship (mandatory).
- Employee must be based in Spain or France.
