We´re looking for a Food technologist based in Madrid in order to work in multidisciplinary projects to enhance food safety, quality, profitability and other related matters.

Functionalities:

- Works in multidisciplinary projects for to enhance food safety, quality, profitability and other related matters.
- Creates food and packaging specifications, related to new supplier and /or product approvals, taking into account both client policies and applicable country of use regulations
- Organizes meetings and calls with different stakeholders in order to define and clarify specific Food Safety and QA standards
- Reviews information provided by suppliers related to allergen and nutritional declaration for specific ingredients
- Support on complains handling: follow up on root causes, corrective actions, re-fund. Trend analysis and development of monthly reports
- Reviews restaurant procedures from a food safety standpoint
- Trains QA and other departments in specific Food Safety/QA topics

**Requisitos**:
You will be:

- BSc or MSc in Food science, Chemistry, Biologic Science, Veterinary Science, Nutrition, or any related Life Science field.
- General knowledge in Food manufacturing industry.
- Minimum 1 year of progressive work experience in similar functions.
