As a D**igital Marketing IT Architect**, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation. Your role is essential to our vision of leveraging the full potential of digital marketing, CRM and CMS solutions to serve our global Marketing and Sales departments. Your innovative mindset and technology expertise will be instrumental in optimizing processes, redesigning models and adapting IT architectures that drive our digital marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand digital marketing objectives and evaluate IT solutions that align with these goals.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to implement CRM system, marketing automation tools, CMS and other digital marketing technologies.
- Coordinate and manage projects related to digital marketing initiatives, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.
- Act as point of contact with implementation partners, maintaining effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in digital marketing project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in digital marketing and IT architecture, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
- Provide technical guidance and support to Marketing/Sales teams to leverage IT solutions effectively.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Act as a link between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, CRM and CMS systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Previous experience in providing technical guidance and support to Marketing/Sales teams for leveraging IT solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and implementation partners.
- Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and IT architecture.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify process improvement opportunities and innovative solutions.
- Preferable experience in international environments, with proven ability to work on CRM and CMS related projects across different regions and markets.
- **Fluent in spoken and written English.**
