**About the project**:
This project aims to improve customer interaction and engagement strategies through automated solutions across various channels. We will implement innovative techniques to address the challenges posed by high volumes of customer interactions on social media ads. By automating responses, we aim to significantly reduce response times, thereby enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

In addition to managing customer inquiries, this project focuses on building a loyal fan base through automated responses on social media channels. These responses will be carefully crafted to align with the client brand's identity, emphasizing a friendly and youthful tone to foster positive interactions and increase brand awareness.

**Duration**: 2 months

**Objective**:
The goal of the project is to:

- Develop and deploy machine learning models to automate customer interactions on social media platforms, aiming to improve response times and enhance overall satisfaction.

**Areas of Responsibility**:

- Implement comprehensive data analysis.
- Perform In-depth exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Guide data-driven decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with teams to transform insights into actionable items.
- Visualizations and Dashboards: Interactive displays showcasing data patterns, enabling easy comprehension and decision-making.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in machine learning techniques and frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, with experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques for text analysis and sentiment analysis.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for model deployment and scalability.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in handling sensitive customer data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges in ML model development and deployment.
