As a **Junior Inbound Account Executive**, you'll convert inbound leads into loyal customers, guiding small businesses through their first steps with SumUp.

**What You'll Do**

Engage with inbound leads generated by our marketing team — your role is to qualify, consult, and convert

- Manage your sales pipeline in **Salesforce**, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth lead conversion
- Report regularly on sales performance and stay aligned with team goals and growth targets

**You'll Be a Great Fit If You**
- Have **some experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role** (sales, support, retail, etc.)
Feel confident talking to people — you're persuasive, warm, and solution-focused
- Are curious about **fintech**, small business, and how things work behind the scenes
