As a Corporate Compliance Standards Analyst, you will support the Corporate Compliance Standards manager in the design, elaboration, and maintenance of Grifols’ Corporate Compliance standards, in close partnership with other Compliance representatives, Osborne Clarke Head Office in Barcelona, Business Divisions and Grifols’ affiliates. Compliance areas in scope are Anticorruption, Competition and Transparency.

**What your responsibilities will be**
- You will maintain an inventory of compliance obligations covering the different jurisdictions where Grifols does business, directly or through third parties.
- You will design and implement compliance standards and controls commensurate with the risk assessments and adapting them to business units particularities. recognize, record, and resolve due diligence red flags.
- You will assist with the development of trainings and communications supporting deployment of compliance standards globally.
- You will administer compliance documents life cycle.
- Additionally, you will support a range of compliance activities, namely: compliance risk assessments; compliance monitoring and auditing program; archival of compliance official records according to the records retention schedule other ad hoc compliance projects.

**Who you are**
- You have a bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education & experience. Experience in the healthcare industry will be preferred.
- You have strong ethics, concern for standards, and desire to help others do the right thing.
- You must be fluent in Spanish and English. Other languages in relevant jurisdictions (e.g. German or Chinese) would be auxiliary.
- You have the ability to conduct risk assessments or audits with guidance.
- You have familiarity with global anti-corruption (e.g. FCPA) and antitrust/competition laws and regulations.
- You have been exposed to global international commercial operations.
- You understand the purpose and components of presentations and you are able to develop a presentation and present to a small group.
- You have the ability to deliver basic training live or electronically.
- You have the ability to draft basic policies and procedures with guidance.
- You have the ability to support investigations with guidance.
- You have the ability to work independently.
- You pay strong attention to detail.
- You have the ability to identify risks and analyze data for patterns and inconsistencies.
- You have the ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization and with partners around the globe.
- You have strong interpersonal skills.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You have the ability to perform duties with the highest degree of confidentiality, objectivity, and fairness.
- You are proficient with standard PC software.
