**About Qualifyze**

The **Accounting Intern** is contributing to enabling Qualifyze to scale sustainably and compliantly in day-to-day operations. This means supporting our Accounting department in compliant bookkeeping and contributing to our optimised cash flow by taking some responsibility for our invoicing process.

**Main challenges**
- You will support the accounting team with group accounting and administrative tasks.
- You will dedicate yourself to onboard Qualifyze as a vendor with our customers in collaboration with our sales and legal teams.
- You will take on administrative tasks to manage creditor and debtor master data in our invoice and accounting systems.
- In preparing outgoing invoices to customers in collaboration with our CSM team, you will contribute directly to our working capital measurements and funding story.
- You will become a key contact point for internal questions on outstanding accounts payables and accounts receivables.
- In addition, you will conduct commercial and financial research if required.

**Your competence is in demand**
- Current studies in economics (at least 4th semester) focusing on accounting or controlling.
- Analytical mindset and a good understanding of business contexts
- Well-organised team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively.
- Capability to produce content on time, with attention to detail, and an emphasis on identifying and pitching to a target audience
- You are not shy to conduct repetitive administration tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English skills (written and spoken). German is a plus
- Ideally, you're available for 20 hours a week.
