**Descripción del empleo**
Estamos en búsqueda de una figura de Tax Compliance Officer que se hará cargo de garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales, optimizar la gestión tributaria y evitar riesgos fiscales.

La dependencia directa será de nuestro Director Financiero y en su día a día realizará las siguientes funciones:

- Garantizar que la organización cumpla con todas las normativas fiscales locales, nacionales e internacionales. Preparar, revisar y presentar declaraciones fiscales (como impuestos sobre la renta, IVA, retenciones, etc.).
- Monitorear los cambios en la legislación tributaria y evaluar su impacto en la empresa.
- Diseñar estrategias para optimizar la carga fiscal de la empresa.
- Identificar beneficios fiscales, exenciones, deducciones y créditos disponibles según las leyes aplicables.
- Asesorar en la estructura fiscal de nuevas operaciones, adquisiciones o proyectos.
- Representar a la empresa en auditorías fiscales o inspecciones de las autoridades tributarias.
- Proveer la documentación requerida y coordinar respuestas a las consultas de los auditores/as.
- Resolver disputas fiscales y negociar acuerdos con las autoridades tributarias.
- Coordinar con otros departamentos, como contabilidad y finanzas, para garantizar la precisión en los registros fiscales.
- Gestión del riesgo fiscal.
- Manejar cuestiones de precios de transferencia entre filiales internacionales.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de tratados fiscales y normas internacionales, como BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting).
- Coordinar la planificación fiscal internacional en empresas multinacionales.

**Requisitos**
- Grado en Economía, ADE o titulaciones asimiladas.
- Master en gestión tributaria o fiscal.
- ** Imprescindible 2-3 años de experiência en Big Four.**:

- ** Nível de inglés avanzado (60% del trabajo se realizará en este idioma).**:

- Profundo conocimiento de leyes y regulaciones fiscales.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
