Right now, we are looking for a **Legal Business Counsel Sr** join our team.
- You will get the chance to:_
- Drafting and reviewing contracts in the commercial field (technology sector), particularly cloud software subscription contracts (SaaS), software development contracts, technology consulting contracts, NDAs, DPAs, among others.
- Analyzing and responding to a wide range of legal inquiries from the business regarding contractual matters, intellectual property, etc.
- Assisting in daily and organizational meetings with the business, clients, and suppliers.
- Managing the secretariat of the company and its subsidiary, including matters such as drafting and reviewing minutes of company bodies, preparing powers of attorney, apostilles, managing notary and commercial registry matters.
- Requesting and tracking trademarks, patents, and distinctive signs with the corresponding state and non-state agencies.
- What will help you succeed: _
- University degree or higher in Law.
- Experience in a law firm in the areas identified above.
- C1 level English proficiency.
- Passion for sports and knowledge of the industry
- Strong communication skills.
