Bellboy / Front Desk Assistant
NAKAR Hotel
Design hotel with 57 rooms
Located in Jaime III, Palma de Mallorca
**Main tasks of the job**:
- Assist the reception department in the tasks that are necessary.
- Help guests with the loading and unloading of luggage to the rooms.
- Accompany and guide a welcome visit to guests after check-in.
- Offer a welcome drink to guests when they pass through Reception.
- Management of VIP attentions and delivering them to the rooms.
- Concierge service and guest support.
- Learn the daily functions of the front desk.
- Assisting the ‘Guest Experience Manager’.
**Requirements for the position**:
- Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism.
- Good level of English (spoken and written).
- Other languages will be assessed.
- Good image and service orientated.
- Flexibility of time to do morning or afternoon shifts if required.
**What is offered**:
- Period of 6 months of practical.
- Remuneration
- Work in a dynamic, serious team with very good professionals, who will guarantee a solid learning environment.
- Possibility of being able to join the team of the Hotel, with a regular contract, after completing the internship.
