Buscamos Process Optimization - Direct Debit (sustitución)
Estamos encantados de anunciar la apertura de un nuevo proceso de selección interno para cubrir la posición de Process Optimization - Direct Debit, para realizar una sustitución temporal.
Su misión principal será la supervisión diaria de los procesos de adeudos, asegurando el correcto envío de remesas, y la ausencia de incidencias.
**Entre las principales responsabilidades estarán**:
- Seguimiento de la evolución de las cuotas.
- Elaboración de previsiones semanales y reportes mensuales.
- Actualización de KPI´s para el control y la mejora continua.
- Gestión y resolución de incidencias y dudas.
- Validación de nuevos desarrollos.
- Coordinación con proveedores y plataformas de pago.
¿Qué requisitos mínimos se necesitan para acceder al puesto?
- No se requiere formación ni experiência especifica.
- Manejo básico de Excel.
- Ganas de aprender.
