Our global organization is growing fast and requires some support and steering on how we operate. Become part of our organization and contribute to our key activities to manage our Services. Our Department provides IT Services to the Group and to Business Units worldwide. We want you to manage key elements of our Customer Success Stories - from Demand to Delivery. Use the O365 Suite and other innovative tools to run and improve processes across the organization.

**Your role**

As a **Process Analyst **you will be part of a cross-functional transformation team.

Within this important role, you will be owning several Processes within the department and grow into additional customer-focused activities.

**As a **Process Analyst **your main responsibilities will involve**:

- Manage a set of processes, ensure process adherence, and continuously improve processes, e.g., Demand Management, Capacity Management, Time Management, Project Portfolio Management, Service KPI Reporting
- Manage the overall Process portfolio to meet the needs of the organization
- Identify Organizational Improvement Potentials leveraging Process Data
- Drive the implementation and measurement of Organization KPIs

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As a Process Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:

- 2+ years in working in a PMO type environment, worked independently in a team support / PMO role, establishing and driving processes within the organization
- Sound Experience in liaising with key stakeholders (internal customers, internal Service Providers) and building proper work relationships
- Experience in key organizational processes (Financial Management, Capacity Management, Demand Management)
- Experienced in working in global corporates and being able to work in a reliable, independent, and diligent manner***:

- Proficient Knowledge of Standard Microsoft tools (PowerApps, Power Query, PowerBI) and SharePoint /O365.
- Rather Extroverted and persistent Personality with the ability to drive processes within a delivery organization. Ability to communicate with Stakeholders and resolve issues independently.
