The Controlling Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting financial performance to support strategic decision-making. This role includes contributing to budget construction, variance analysis, cost control, and the preparation of financial reports and KPIs to ensure the organization meets its financial targets.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Analyze actual financial results vs. budget and identify variances.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial and operational performance reports.
- Monitor and analyze operating costs, overhead, and profitability.
- Contribute to the automatization and optimization of reporting/analysis processes using Excel and BI tools.
- Work closely with other departments to secure reliable forecasts and costs follow up.
- Participate in the preparation of presentations with financial insights and recommendations.

**HARD/SOFT SKILLS**:

- Solid understanding of financial KPIs, cost analysis, and basic accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate financial information clearly.

**TOOLS**:

- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, preferably macros).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Will be a PLUS

**Experience**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in financial controlling, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
- Experience in retail and multinational companies will be a PLUS.

**Languages**:

- Intermediate to advanced English level

**Other**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
