As part of **Minor Hotels**, the region of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is responsible for more than 350 properties in 30 countries and plans to grow across all segments, with a focus on its upper-upscale and luxury brands.
**What will be your mission?**:
It will perform functions of support to the Experience Design & Innovation area and will report directly to the Experience Department at HQ.
**What will you do?**:
Its main functions will be:
- Experience projects guardian: collaborate with the area and the business unit teams to assure the correct implementation of ongoing projects in all hotels.
- Lead small projects of the experience department related to image in hotels and new services.
- Support for projects involving new product&service standards for all brands (F&B. music, fragrance, amenities...)
- Support for Experience and Innovation projects: benchmark, preparation of presentations, graphic documentation...
- Customer experience analysis: customer satisfaction and consumer insights (monthly)
- General competition analysis, trend analysis, quality reports... (monthly)
- Specific tasks related to ongoing projects:
- Mobile Guest Service: preparation of the quarterly report and continuous random review content
- FastPASS: UATs support, monthly status update
- Digital signage: random content review tasks, propose improvements based on reviews...
**What are we looking for?**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Degree in Business, Marketing or similar studies
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE**
- Microsoft Office user (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- English and Spanish (written and spoken)
**CONDITIONS**
- ** The position will be located at the Central Office in Madrid, Spain (Santa Engracia 120, 7th floor).**:
- Duration: 6 months (from June to December)
- Full-time internship.
