Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international independent medical-humanitarian organization, which offers assistance to populations in distress, to victims of natural or man-made disasters and to victims of armed conflict, always betting on any kind of **diversity**.

We´re looking for an instructional designer (or E-learning officer) to work for the digital platform in charge of learning solutions for all the hubs around the world. This platform is called **TEMBO**.

**_Position based in Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, Valencia, Bilbao, Amman, Dakar or Nairobi._**

**What will you do?**
- Manage of TEMBO for the creation and modification of courses, integrating digital learning materials.
- Work with external providers for the subcontracted pedagogical contents.
- Work on definition of user needs for the learning opportunities.
- Support the TEMBO-MSF internal partners in the different stages of the learning development and implementation process.
- Support on the pedagogical and technological design and development of the learning material and resources.
- Participate in the QA and update of ongoing learning solutions of TEMBO.
- Research on different topics such as learning approaches, evaluation methods, virtual and online simulations, etc.

**What will you need?**
- A very high motivation to work on an humanitarian environment that bets for cultural and all forms of** diversity**.
- Work permission for the place of residency (could be any of the ones mentioned above).
- Experience in the production of E-learning in arabic.
- Professional/Native level of English and Arabic languages.
- Bachelor's degree in Educational Psychology, Pedagogy, Educational or Learning Sciences (or E-learning related fields).
- Skills in technological tools implemented for pedagogical purposes (MOOC´s and/or keeping up-to-date with latest E-learning trends).
- Knowledge on Moodle, Totara/Mahara, Microsoft Office and/or Open Office.
- Experience in designing and implementing trainning strategies.
- Experience in SCORM content production and editing technician with Articulate Storyline, including creation of Storyline, Vyond animations and editing and export in several languages.
- Knowledge on Agile methodologies, Design thinking and UX.
