WHAT'S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?

- Experience in Front Office, ideally including night shifts.
- Open minded & always striving for the best guest experience
- A passionate host that not only brings skills but also personality
- A proactive person
- An exceptional communicator with strong organization skills
- High level of English and Spanish
- Striving in a multicultural, young & energetic team

WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?

- Stay cool - even during late-night arrivals, early departures, or unexpected nighttime requests.
- Ensure smooth and seamless processes together with your Front Office colleagues.
- Be a true host: exceed guest expectations and make them feel like they’ve found their own nighttime paradise.
- Prepare and hand over your shift with a tidy and organized Front Office.
- Perform the end of the day, close ledgers, check the reservations for the day after & closing bills.
- Financing and reporting all our outlets.
- Report directly to the Front Office Manager and Shift Leader.
- Stay informed and share relevant information with your team and management.
