Aesthetic Doctor

We’re establishing a **high-end medical-aesthetic and wellness centre** in Sitges, combining advanced aesthetic medicine, IV therapy and wellness technology in a premium clinical environment.

We’re looking for a **qualified medical doctor (Collegiate in Spain)** experienced in **aesthetic injectables (botulinum toxin, fillers)** and **IV nutrient therapy**, to take a **leading role** in the project’s medical and regulatory side.
- **Responsibilities**
- Act as **Medical Director (Director Técnico Sanitario)** of the clinic.
- Oversee all **regulatory and compliance requirements**, including protocols, documentation, and supervision of nursing/aesthetic staff.
- Deliver or supervise key treatments: Botox, fillers, PRP, mesotherapy, IV drips and regenerative protocols.
- Contribute to **treatment design**, product selection, and clinical standards.
- Collaborate with management on **service development, patient safety, and brand positioning**.

- **Requirements**
- Licensed medical doctor (Spain or EU, registered with a _Colegio de Médicos_).
- Demonstrable experience in **aesthetic medicine (botulinum toxin, fillers, IV therapy)**.
- Strong understanding of **Spanish medical-aesthetic regulations and compliance**.
- **Native-level English** is essential (many international clients).
- Spanish fluency preferred; Catalan a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative attitude, and high clinical standards.
