**Norwegian-Speaking Account Manager | Hospitality Project**

We’re partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit a **Norwegian-speaking Account Manager** for an international **hospitality industry project** in beautiful **Málaga**.

This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in **sales and account management**, working with international clients while enjoying the relaxed lifestyle, sunshine, and vibrant culture of southern Spain.

**You’ll have to**:

- Contact and qualify client accounts using CRM tools to generate new business opportunities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, accounts contacted, revenue confirmed)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Build strong, long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and communication
- Take part in targeted sales initiatives (industry-focused campaigns, hotel outreach, call campaigns)
- Qualify and follow up on meetings, events, and group accommodation requests, coordinating with clients and hotels
- Manage chain-wide discounts according to client needs and monitor their usage
- Propose alternative hotel solutions when preferred options are unavailable
- Support business travel queries and individual client requests when needed
- Assist with external lists and outreach across multiple platforms

**We look for**:

- Fluent or native Norwegian with advanced English
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Sales experience, ideally in hospitality (nice to have, not essential)
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- A mindset aligned with commitment, teamwork, integrity, recognition, and delivering a **WOW** experience
