Multinational Coffee Company Needs to Incorporate Technical Department manager.
Strategic:

- Lead and deliver Maintenance Mission, Strategy, Goals and Objectives as per the approved framework.
- Fully responsible for Maintenance related costs ? spare parts and resource
- To lead, coordinate and supervise all Maintenance and Planned Maintenance activities.
- To actively promote and engage in Continuous Improvement / Project Management, Asset Care

programs and Talent Management process.
- Develop a successor and implement succession plans with the Maintenance Department.
- Look at the ?big picture? view of the Plant Maintenance Department and develop a long-term vision for

asset care and assist with delivering operational excellence road map.
- To integrate the Maintenance department throughout the business to improve Operational

performance and product quality.
- To build a high performing and motivated resource team
- Planning and execution of maintenance related capital projects, and annual budget development
- Maintain the highest standards for Safety performance, leading with personal example and modelling

safe behaviour.
- Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.
- Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.
- Maintaining all machinery to ensure it?s at working standards.
- Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
- Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.
- Organizing maintenance team in order to deliver the best maintenance service.
- Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates (Planned Maintenance activities).
- Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
- Organizing the spare parts warehouse and implementing a control system for managing it
- Monitor equipment spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with implementation and turnover of the products,

processes or systems.
- Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
- Interdepartmental alignment

Estudios mínimos
- Maintenance Management Certification (MMC) or Certified Manager of Maintenance from known party
- University degree in Engineering, with 5 plus years of experience in related field with background and

experience in engineering and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Demonstrated ability in
planning and organizing, controlling, coordinating and directing a Maintenance Department.
- Previous experience in organizing and supervising the maintenance of manufacturing equipment and

facilities, and current knowledge of the plant and equipment in the facility is similar to not less than five
years.

Experiência mínima
- 6 years.

- Should have excellent communication skills in Spanish, English.
- Can relate well and must know how to deal with people at all levels ? Internal and external.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluid communication: Spanish and English
