**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Betreuung unserer Gäste an der Rezeption
- Check In, Check Out und Kassenführung
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung der Qualitätssicherung und Gästezufriedenheit
- Bearbeiten von Reservationen z.B. Autovermietung, Transfers, Ausflügen, Eintrittskarten usw.
- Aktiver Zusatzverkauf
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben
- Einhaltung unserer Unternehmensstandards

**Dein Profil**:

- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie
- Erste Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption
- Fließende Deutsch
- und gute Spanischkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
