**MISSION**:

As a Logistics Trainee, you’ll be at the heart of our import/export operations, ensuring smooth and efficient shipment processes while learning the ins and outs of international logistics in a leading fragrance company.

**FUNCTIONS**:

- You’ll have the opportunity to manage transport operations, coordinating shipments across Europe (road) and globally (sea/air).
- Prepare and manage key shipping documents (invoices, Certificates of Origin, COA, etc.) to ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Assist the logistics team with daily tasks such as courier orders, label printing, and document processing.
- Work closely with our customers and warehouse teams to align on delivery schedules and ensure on-time shipments.
- Handle invoicing procedures, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and cash against documents.
- Report creation and analysis of carrier’s performance and freight cost control

**Educational Background required**
- International Trade, Supply Chain, International Business or Business administration

**Experience required**
- Advanced office tools knowledge. Excellent skills in Excel
- Experience working with SAP is valuable (not a must)

**Languages**:
Spanish: Advanced - Native

English: Advanced
