- **Descripción de la Oferta**:
**Responsabilidades**:
En dependencia del Director de RRHH en colaboración con el resto de HRBP, asegurará la correcta aplicación de normativas y procedimientos, englobando las cuatro grandes áreas de influencia del departamento: Selección, Formación, Desarrollo y Políticas internas.
- Selección: Se responsabilizará de todas las fases de los procesos de selección de la compañía (fuentes de reclutamiento, entrevistas, pruebas específicas y cierre de procesos). Contacto y gestión de proveedores.
- Formación: Colaborará en el diseño e implementación del plan formativo de la compañía, contacto con proveedores, programación de la formación y gestión de la bonificación tripartita.
- Desarrollo: Participará en las fases de evaluación de desempeño, apoyará en el diseño e implementación de acciones orientadas a generar oportunidades de promoción. Puesta en marcha de herramientas dirigidas a la promoción interna, detección y evaluación de talento, acciones tales como definición perfiles de puestos trabajo, desarrollo de sistema basado en competencias, sistemas de evaluación, definición planes de carrera y sucesión, etc.
- Comunicación: Implementará sistemas de comunicación internos que ayuden a transmitir valores y estrategia empresarial (promociones, incorporaciones, etc.).
- Administración Personal/C&B: Participará en el ciclo y elaboración de propuestas económicas, promociones e incrementos salariales y será la persona de referencia para los empleados en relación con cualquier duda contractual y de nómina. Siempre con el apoyo de HRBP Senior y especialista en cada materia.

**Requisitos**:

- Titulación Universitaria en Relaciones Laborales o Psicología. Valorable formación complementaria en RRHH.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en departamento de RRHH en un área generalista.
- Muy valorable experiência en el sector Construcción y/o Industrial.
- Persona proactiva, multidisciplinar, orientada al cliente interno y con habilidades de comunicación.
- Orientado al Cliente interno.
- Resolutivo y ágil en la gestión de su trabajo, con capacidad de adaptación.
- Disponibilidad viajes a nível nacional.
