**YOUR MISSION**
Join our IT Service Desk team in vibrant Barcelona We're looking for dedicated tech enthusiasts to provide exceptional support for our essential business services. As a vital part of our IT organization, you'll tackle challenges, enhance your skills, and help keep our operations running smoothly, making a real difference behind the scenes
**THE JOURNEY**
- Provide timely & effective support for all the service provided by the IT department.
- Design and implement process
- Provider management
- Change management
- Collaborate with other IT domains (infrastructure, security, platforms) to deliver seamless cross-functional services.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and retention for both teams, in partnership with HR.
- Lead a team.
- Define and follow individual KPIs.
- Prioritize the load.
- Participate to new recruitment.
- Coaching and training
- Oversee the budget (distribution, allocation, and control)
- Design and follow the service SLOs and SLAs.
- Design and follow the team Objective Key Results.
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE**
- A degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confirmed Team Lead.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in SaaS support
- Such as Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian
- You speak Business English fluently.
